Project leader Kerim Nisancioglu is in Ilulissat. We are getting installed in the building, planning for construction work and our upcoming programme. Accommodation and facilities are being set up in the coming weeks and months to host scientists and artists from near and far.

Exiting programme starting in March with Sisorta (fun on skis) in collaboration with ISP Langrend and Avannaata Kommunia featuring Vegard Ulvang and Grete Ingeborg Nykkelmo.

Followed by redesign furniture workshop with Fergus Tibbs in collaboration with local schools.

Illu science and art hub also has its own Facebook page – follow for updates on events, workshops and exhibits in Ilulissat as part of the #ClimateNarratives project.

Climate Narratives has a home in Ilulissat. After months of work we are happy to share that “Illu” – Science and Art Hub is founded and has a space to work with. We will have a gentle start this spring with a science and art residency program, a maker space, and workshops for families and youth.

Follow us for updates on progress in the building and our upcoming programme. #illu
